4. Payment Terms

5. Service Availability

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Nice Strategy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Nice Strategy may terminate immediately for:

• Illegal use of services
• Non-payment of fees
• Security violations

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration under applicable laws.
